New SHEEN Models with Fine Resin Bracelets that Retain Their Beauty

TOKYO, June 26, 2012 — Casio Computer Co., Ltd., announced today the release of the SHE-4026SB and SHE-4025SB, two new models in the SHEEN lineup of watches for women based on the concept of “Elegant, Smart, and Shining.” These new models feature bracelets made from stain-resistant Fine Resin*1.
Fine Resin is a type of polyamide resin that is strong and highly resistant to chemicals as well as discoloration caused by UV light. It has been approved as a Class VI*2 product by the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP). These properties combined with the fact that it is lightweight, make Fine Resin perfect for the kind of watches women like to wear.
*1 “Fine Resin” is the generic name for the stain- and UV-resistant resin used by Casio for these models.- *2 Indicates a degree of safety that makes the material also suitable for applications inside the body where there is direct contact with blood.
The new models also feature SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS on the bezel, and a star motif in the 9 o'clock position, making the watches sparkle like a piece of jewelry. For the SHE-4026SB, the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS are set on the entire bezel, and the very popular color of rose gold has been used for the numerals. Clearly, it is a sophisticated, glamorous model suitable for adorning a woman's wrist.
The SHE-4025SB features SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS at six points around the bezel, and the SHEEN brand color lavender has been used for the numerals. While offering the sparkle of crystals, it is still a design that can be worn both for work or going out.
The SHE-4024 and SHE-4024G are two other models that also feature Fine Resin bracelets, as well as SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS on the dial and for numeral markers. With a trendy big face and delicate bezel, these models have a truly feminine look.
